About the Role

At Uber for Business, we help organisations simplify the way their employees move, travel, and expense work-related journeys. As an Implementation Lead for France, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers successfully launch and adopt the Uber for Business platform.

Acting as a trusted advisor, project manager, and problem solver, you'll guide enterprise customers through onboarding and implementation, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Uber for Business customers across the French market.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business goals, define success metrics, and develop tailored launch strategies that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, creating clear project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience from kickoff through post-launch.
  • Support customers with technical and operational setup, including integrations, billing configurations, and platform optimisation.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and enablement materials to ensure customers maximise value from the platform.
  • Monitor adoption and performance post-launch, providing data-driven recommendations to increase utilisation and long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations teams to solve customer challenges and continuously improve implementation processes.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to drive decisions and maintain project momentum.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, customer success, consulting, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple teams.
  • Excellent organisation and project management capabilities.

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and improving processes.
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms and business systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers through onboarding or implementation projects is advantageous.
