About the Role

We have an immediate requirement for a dedicated Project Manager to drive operational and tactical efforts. Reporting to the Global Program Manager, this role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to manage multiple workstreams and timelines as well as communications with internal and external stakeholders. Role will be based in New York City within the Diversity & Inclusion team.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors
  • Elicit and analyze decisions, review legal documents and ensure compliance
  • Gather, track, and organize deliverables from multiple, cross-functional teams
  • Develop detailed project plan - monitor/track progress and key deliverables
  • Prepare project status - anticipate, flag issues and risks, and recommend mitigation plan
  • Create and analyze reports and process maps
  • Manage and maintain project documentation for the organization
  • Draft communications
  • Provide support in budgeting and accounts payables tasks
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings/activities
  • Perform other related-tasks, as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Legal or paralegal capacity, preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and a critical thinker
  • Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency - proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to deliver clear, concise communications to executive stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google Suite and strong excel skills required
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Vendor management and budgeting experience, a plus
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Diversity & Inclusion, a plus
