D&I Program Manager/Associate
About the Role
Diversity and Inclusion is a high priority for Uber and we are seeking a Program Manager to play a critical role in driving ongoing D&I programs as well as communications with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years experience in Diversity & Inclusion
- Strong program management, process improvement experience & organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to create persuasive and clear written communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with diverse people and groups in multicultural, cross-functional environments (internal and external)
- The ability to work with statistics and present results in an understandable format
- Attention to detail
What You'll Do
- Program Management: General oversight, implementation and operations of new and or existing D&I programs to create breakthroughs in measurable ways
- Track and regularly report metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate D&I initiatives
- Create and implement communication strategies and content management for training, campaigns, and web resources to support D&I initiatives on various platforms to both internal & external audience.
- Plan and manage meetings/activities associated with driving the D&I strategy
- Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and D&I team.
- Additional projects and tasks as our work evolves
