About the Role

On the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing data-driven insights, creating strategies, and scaling the most impactful and innovative business initiatives to improve the experience for restaurants in the US and Canada. You will build and execute strategies and processes that will drive the growth and efficiency of the business. This role will work closely with cross-functional counterparts to lead high impact initiatives across the US & Canada while offering ownership and autonomy over your work.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of new programs, processes, or pilots impacting restaurants, and become an internal champion to cross-functional partners
  • Scale successful experiments into central programs that can drive differentiated experience and internal efficiencies
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as product, sales, marketing, finance, etc. to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives
  • Drive analysis on important strategic decisions and inform key business initiatives, including understanding the key levers to improve the experience and sentiment with Uber Eats
  • Communicate to senior regional ops leaders on projects/priorities; able to organize and lead effective meetings, collect and provides actionable feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively
  • Design and execute experiments to meaningfully improve the quality and efficiency of restaurant experience on the Uber Eats platform
  • Scale successful experiments into regional programs that can drive differentiated restaurant experience and internal efficiencies

What You'll Need

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience (management consulting, investment banking, operations, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex data sets into simple and digestible takeaways for senior leaders and managers
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
