About the Role
Uber Eats Japan is looking for a highly analytical Central Operations Manager who will focus on Delivery Partner Engagement & Retention. With Delivery Partners being the lifeblood of the Uber Eats business, this is a very critical role as it will require you to go deep into the end-to-end lifecycle (retention, loyalty, and re-engagement), identify key pain points, and come up with solutions to address them.
The Central Operations Manager (Delivery Partner Engagement & Retention) role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on one of Uber Eats' fastest growing markets. This role calls for creative problem-solving, analytics, strategic thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work alongside the Central Operations team covering the entire Japan market.
