Business Analyst II, Carrier Strategy & Operations - Uber Freight

The Carrier Strategy & Operations team is at the heart of what moves Uber Freight. On this team, the Large Fleet Program Manager a key individual that leads the strategy for a significant portion of our carrier base and is responsible for leading some of the fastest-growing segments of our business. You'll lead a broad group of cross-functional partners towards common objectives, working closely with our Product teams who are investing heavily in building a new product, our Carrier Sales teams who will help you demonstrate the strength of our carrier relationships, our business development team working on new partnerships, and many others throughout the organization.

You'll bring to the table strong analytical thinking, operational prowess, and interpersonal ability to maintain relationships (both internal and external). The team will look to you as a specialist in business strategy with a high level of data proficiency, someone comfortable making quick data-driven decisions to provide direction to our team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in a data-driven role
  • Excel & SQL proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading initiatives and projects at your organization
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate meaningful insights
  • Experience with programming languages such as R and/or Python
  • Bachelors and/or Master's degree
