Sr. Software Engineer - Android (Uber Eats)
About the Business
UberEats is our food delivery platform that makes getting great food from your favorite local restaurants as easy as requesting a ride. On the Pricing team, we build pricing products and features for the 3 sided UberEats marketplace. As an Android engineer on the team, you'll be building amazing design and data-driven pricing products for eaters and couriers. The goal of these products is to provide affordable everyday options to our eaters, unlock greater efficiency and revenue for courier/restaurant partners, and improve the overall efficiency of the UberEats marketplace.
- 5+ years of relevant work or educational experience in client-side software development using Native iOS/Android SDKs and frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge in object-oriented software development, MVC architecture, multithreading, networking and memory management.
- Experience or educational background in any of the following is a plus: Product Design, UI/UX, Backend/Fullstack engineering.
