About the Role

We are looking for a high performing Project Management professional to join our MENA Greenlight team.

The Senior Project Specialist will ensure the delivery and management of multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management in order to deliver business value. Additionally, you should bring a passion for project management, functional expertise, and a zeal for successfully delivering projects that drive business value and efficiency.

This role will work across many functions and teams especially with the Greenlight Site Managers, within the region and other international offices, and will provide you with the opportunity to completely design and implement projects.

What You'll Do

  • Independently execute various regional and site level projects, across multiple teams dealing with e.g. quality and service improvements, operational excellence, process standardization, reporting improvements, while keeping track of plans, quality and timelines for such activities:
  • Estimate work efforts, design project plans, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance with deadlines on deliverables as assigned to projects
  • Help identifying obstacles and enabling forward momentum and progress to ensure compliance to deliverable deadlines
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization
  • Manage diverse sets of stakeholders across our team and business to get work done fast and in a way that is relevant to the appropriate audience
  • Track financial KPIs and spot financial optimization project opportunities as well as spending some time on data analytics
  • Manage, steer, guide, and evaluate a small group of members responsible for support content design and learning & development

What You'll Need

  • 2 minimum years of experience with Project Management, handling various types of projects
  • PMP, COPC, Six Sigma certifications are an advantage
  • Understand project objectives to create detailed short-term plans and timelines for executing assigned tasks
  • Ability to synthesize knowledge and translate them into actionable project plans; and contribute to assets, playbooks, workshops, projects, and/or processes
  • Optimizing for gains in efficiency while operating with a goal-oriented mindset. Achieving better results with less by rebalancing resources and timelines to support continuous improvement.
  • Establish productive working relationships with immediate working team through trust and reliability
  • Ability to understand problems, generate solutions and provides multiple alternatives and tradeoff analysis to recommend best approach
  • Communicate clear and concise thoughts, both verbally and written, and collaboratively with peers and stakeholders.
  • Work independently and ask for help when needed so as to avoid delays.
  • Appreciate working with people from different cultures and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
