About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator within the Onboarding team, you will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the business as well as directly with new customers interested in using the Uber Freight platform. You will play an integral role in setting new customers and the Uber Freight up for long-term success.

The Onboarding team is the conduit between Sales and Account Management, with the ultimate goal of setting customers up for long-term success. This team is a vital part of the customer experience lifecycle - setting the bar of our ongoing relationship with new customers.
