About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator within the Onboarding team, you will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the business as well as directly with new customers interested in using the Uber Freight platform. You will play an integral role in setting new customers and the Uber Freight up for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Foster strong partnerships internally between sales, operations, finance, and pricing teams
  • Liaise between many stakeholders to provide visibility and awareness
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that we have the information we need to help them succeed
  • Utilise strong attention to detail when reading through legal and operational documents to capture requirements
  • Create internal tool profiles for all new customers
  • Always be thinking about how to do things better, faster, more efficiently
  • Set expectations on timelines both internally and externally
  • Conduct effective meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Be pro-active in sourcing new information from customers to improve operational efficiency
  • Be extremely organised in how you collect and store information

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize many pending projects at once
  • Exemplary written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Be willing to be resourceful, scrappy, and get things done

The Onboarding team is the conduit between Sales and Account Management, with the ultimate goal of setting customers up for long-term success. This team is a vital part of the customer experience lifecycle - setting the bar of our ongoing relationship with new customers.
