About the Role
MBA Internships at Uber LatAm consist in ~3 months' projects based on challenges the business is having in the LatAm region. Opportunities will be offered within a variety of teams. Potential placements could include:
Operations: This team is tasked with managing, optimizing, and growing our business across Latin America. From our technological platform services connected to ridesharing services, to scaling Uber Eats, and the expansion of new modalities, this team is on the front lines of growing our business.
Community Operations: this team has the mission of leading Uber's Customer Support strategy and advocating for customer obsession across our platform connected to ridesharing, food delivery, business solutions, and new mobility in Latin America. This team is the face of the company to our users!
What You'll Do
Think strategically, innovative and creative to solve one or more problems
Analyze some data and turn it into awesome reports
What You'll Need
Be an MBA candidate returning to your program upon completion of internship
Availability for a minimum of 10 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks during the summer
Be a utility player, willing to help out wherever needed, partnering with managers and other departments to solve problems
Be biased towards action, making things happen in a big way and can get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
Show demonstrated ability in taking initiative in situations with little direction
Additional skills depending on team preference.

Interviews: February-March 2020, on a rolling basis
Placement: 8 -12 weeks starting in May/September 2020
