About the Role
The Uber IT Eng Team is seeking to expand the existing project execution capabilities with a tech savvy, enthusiastic, and data driven Sr. Program Manager. You will work alongside multiple business units and play a pivotal role in enabling and empowering end-users to get the most out of our Salesforce CRM platform and other tools to support global business and sales operations.
The Sr. Program Manager(reporting into the IT Eng PMO) will have a critical role in the integrity of our Salesforce CRM and play an important part in shaping the future of our systems and business processes.
One of the core responsibilities of the role will be the management projects/programs supporting Uber Eats Sales Ops/Sales functions. There would also be some initiatives supporting Uber Eats B2B support through our Community Operations initiatives. The typical technology scope for this role is focused on, but not limited to: Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud Data Access and Corporate Identity, HR Systems (Workday), Collaboration Apps (GSuite, Jira, Teamdot, others).

About the Team
The IT Eng PMO is responsible for overall program execution across IT programs globally across Uber. The team supports engineering functions across multiple business functions for Sales Operations, HR, Legal , Productivity, Enterprise security, Hardware and data centers.
This role focuses on working with the UberEats sales operations team and engineering teams to support acquisition initiatives globally. UberEats has been growing rapidly and is expanding across cities in multiple countries. You will get to work in a rapid growth area where you will have an opportunity to help define technical landscape for sales ops. You will work with very a strong technical team that is helping implement a strong foundation of sales tech globally.
