Enterprise Account Executive, New Business - Uber Freight

About the Role

Our Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive owns the strategic acquisition of new business. This individual will be assigned a large portfolio of Global 2000 clients and be responsible for setting the acquisition strategy, managing the contractual process, and formalizing the RFP approach. These individuals are obsessed with delivering world class service to Global 2000 customers and contributing directly to the top line growth of Uber Freight. The ideal candidate is both highly strategic and highly entrepreneurial, obsessed with driving customer success, motivated by building and shaping the future, and a proven leader at driving customer growth. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Drive top-line logo acquisition within a given vertical
  • Work directly with our expansion sales, account management, legal, marketing, onboarding, integrations and sales enablement teams to ensure alignment and success of new accounts
  • Drive forward the future vision of Uber Freight with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers
  • Engage with senior level stakeholders with some of our largest customers
  • Solution and Product selling to Global 2000 accounts
  • Present the value proposition of Uber Freight to a large group of stakeholders
  • Set initial pricing strategy for RFP's
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Continued travel for client meetings and engagements

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience of inside and/ or field sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to complex Global 2000 customers
  • Demonstrated ability selling to C-suite customer stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a client success
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the way customers think about their business
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of internal and external partners
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • The ability to solve complex customer problems
  • Solid operational foundation
  • Undergraduate degree, Masters a plus
  • Ability to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to customers
  • Ability to travel
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
