About the Role
The Flexforce Team is seeking a Workforce Management Intern that will support operational data driven initiatives and strategic responsibilities. This person should be dynamic, not afraid of working large amounts of data, and have excellent communication skills. This role will act as a trusted partner to IT, legal and security partners while collaborating closely with our managed service provider to achieve the program's strategic objectives related to contingent workforce best practices, compliance and support.

The Flexforce team is responsible for the governance, and operations across the non-employee landscape at Uber. We help managers solve their external resource needs while keeping Uber in compliance with global requirements.
