About the Role

The COE (Center of excellence) Learning & Development Team is looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager who is driven and committed to strategically drive our learning initiatives within our various lines of business. This multifaceted role requires a strong knowledge and background in program management, training facilitation and curriculum development. The person in this role will be involved in all aspects of our learning solutions with a focus on facilitator led, e-learning and blended learning including analysis, program design, development, delivery, evaluation and people management within a training environment.

What you will do:

  • Conducts initial project scoping to understand requests from project sponsor and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Works with project sponsor, management and SMEs to understand needs, make recommendations, and develop training to continuously improve employee performance
  • Identifies the target audience, the learning objectives, training materials needed, and assessment to gauge the learner's understanding and the level of mastery of the performance objectives
  • Creates training design consistent with adult learning theory that effectively conveys key information and achieves learning objectives
  • Identifies best instructional design techniques/modality to ensure maximum learner retention
  • Establishes rollout strategy/training plan
  • Measures the effectiveness of the training by reviewing learner feedback and testing data, addresses gaps as needed
  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with Line of Business (LOB) and members of the project team based on a shared commitment to achieving business results
  • Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of LOB job roles, environment, goals, culture, key players, policies/procedures, etc.
  • Manages all aspects of training projects through the ADDIE process
  • Stays up-to-date with business changes
  • Updates training content, as needed, in a timely manner to reflect business changes

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant learning program
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in Learning & Development / Project Management / Team Management
  • Advanced English conversational and written skills.
  • Previous experience analyzing business needs, designing, developing and evaluating training (preferred )

Bonus Points if

  • Formal knowledge of instructional design and curriculum management
    Instructional Design
  • Customer Service industry experience
  • Experience with business incubation and start-ups
