About the Role

Our Recruiting Operations team is looking for a Program Manager to nurture and innovate our recruiting technology stack at a global scale. The ideal candidate will move quickly as a builder and a do'er, proactively partnering with stakeholders to ensure we continue hiring the most inclusive and high performing team. The Program Manager sees the world through people, processes and technology to continue innovating in our Hiring practices.

What You'll Do

  • Support global Recruiting strategy and vision working with internal engineering and product teams to drive scalable solutions
  • Identify and advance technology for the global Recruiting team through research, creative design, and innovation
  • Oversee the execution and reporting of high-impact Recruiting technology projects, such as system implementation and adoption
  • Support the strategic planning process for the Recruiting organization including consulting with stakeholders to assess program needs, recruiting technology roadmap and budget management
  • Manage the compliance program and related activities on a recurring basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with cross functional partners across the company, including the Recruiting, People, Legal, and Engineering teams

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, HR or recruiting, consulting or strategy and planning while navigating complex environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior leadership and facilitate discussion amongst key stakeholders groups
  • Ability to coach project management skills and lead project teams through execution
  • Experience telling a story and getting relevant and actionable information out of complex data sets
  • Cultural awareness to enable the localization of business solutions and scale local best practices to continuously optimize our global hiring process
  • Ability to strategize and plan two or three steps ahead
  • Self driven and able to lead projects and programs with minimal supervision

The Recruiting Operations team drives and supports multiple projects and oversees various programs and technologies that support our company's mission to hire the best and most diverse talent. Our customers include a global Recruiting org of over 500, and various partners spanning across all of Uber.
