About the Role
The Marketplace Operations team tackles some of the region's most complex problems, on behalf of all United Kingdom & Ireland ("UKI") markets. Projects often involve analysis with large data sets, creative problem-solving and being able to surface insights and conclusions to then reach high-impact game-changing solutions. For a tenacious truth-seeker, who is excited to solve the toughest problems, possesses exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail and a desire to contribute to multipart projects at a regional scale, this is the team for you.
What You'll Do
Marketplace Operations specifically looks at how to make the Uber Eats marketplace efficient and reliable at the lowest possible cost while keeping all three sides of the marketplace engaged. By diving into issues such as marketplace forecasting, pricing and discounts, and optimal marketplace settings, you will surface insights and produce recommendations to develop new approaches, and operations and product strategies to run a healthy and balanced marketplace.
