Strategy & Operations Managers are responsible for developing functional business strategies, such as how we balance our marketplace at airports, target and deploy customer promotions, manage local markets and identify operational opportunities. They balance between being as comfortable at data analysis as at project management and building and maintaining external relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the organization in business decision-making
  • Support region and country strategy definition and facilitate decision making through data
  • You'll work with stakeholders across business development, product, marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to scope, test and implement new product ideas and tools for airports.
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization
  • Use our best in class internal tools to increase the quality of our user experience
  • Focus areas include:

    • Driver Operations and Loyalty
    • Safety & Business Standards
    • Driver Quality
    • Fraud

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 years experience in business intelligence / strategy / demand planning / tech companies / user experience
  • Data-driven: proven ability to develop and provide relevant reporting metrics on program results to support decision making
  • Interacting with heavy data sets: Excel / Google sheet Expert, coding knowledge (SQL, Python, R) is a plus
  • Stakeholder management: experience with managing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Stellar attention to details, continuous improvement attitude and sense of prioritization
  • Advanced communication and organization skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required & Masters preferred
