L'equipe Marketing joue un role cle dans la construction des marques Uber et JUMP, ainsi que la croissance du business en France, en Suisse et en Autriche. Elle est garante du positionnement et la notoriete de la marque Uber. Elle est egalement en charge de la croissance des nouveaux utilisateurs, et de la fidelisation des utilisateurs existants (passagers et chauffeurs).


Rattache(e) a la Responsable Marketing, le/la Senior Marketing Associate sera charge(e) de definir et d'executer la strategie de la marque et des produits Uber localement, et ce en etroite collaboration avec les equipes Marketing globales, ainsi que les autres fonctions du business.

Missions:

  • En tant que Associate Marketing Senior, vous serez principalement en charge de mettre en place la strategie Marketing locale visant a accroitre la favorabilite des marques Uber et JUMP en France, et a stimuler la croissance et la retention des utilisateurs Uber de la region.
  • Vous developperez une comprehension approfondie des priorites de votre marche (contexte, problematiques, defis et objectifs du business) et une connaissance profonde des audiences et du marche.
  • Vous serez en charge de developper une strategie locale pour l'ensemble des produits Uber sur votre marche (positionnement, messages, audiences, canaux de communication ec.)
  • En travaillant en etroite collaboration avec les equipes Marketing globales, vous serez garant de l'alignement des activites de votre region avec la strategie globale de la marque Uber, et vous contribuerez a adapter, localizer et/ou amplifier les initiatives vous assurant qu'elle soient toujours pertinentes avec la strategie de votre region, qu'elles prennent en compte les specificites culturelles de votre marche.
  • Vous agirez en tant que point de contact privilegie pour les differentes fonctions du business (Operations, Communication, Affaires Publiques, CRM, Performance Marketing etc.) pour assurer un alignement de vos priorites avec les leurs.
  • Vous serez responsable de mettre en place votre plan Marketing et d'executer vos projets, avec rigueur (campagnes integrees, brand activations, tactiques d'acquisition etc.)
  • Vous gererez et coordonnerez la localisation de contenus pertinents en partenariat avec les equipes globales de localisation, et creerez des contenus specifiques pour votre region.
  • Vous serez en charge de la mesure de la performance et du reporting relatifs a vos actions marketing, en les confrontant au regard de vos objectifs (ROI et KPIs).

Competences requises :

  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'experience professionnelle dans le domaine du marketing generaliste, de preference dans un environnement evoluant rapidement
  • Vous disposez d'un master en Marketing, Business Management ou similaire
  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du business, vous etes structure(e) et disposez de competences de project management et portez une attention particuliere aux details
  • Vous etes capable de travailler au sein d'une equipe pluridisciplinaire et dispersee geographiquement, ainsi que dans des environnements professionnels complexes et en constante evolution
  • Vous disposez d'excellentes competences en communication, a l'ecrit comme a l'oral, y compris pour concevoir et animer des presentations
  • Vous savez vous montrer a l'ecoute de vos clients, vous cherchez constamment a la maniere dont ils interagissent avec la marque

About the Role

Uber's FSA (France, Switzerland and Austria) marketing team plays a critical role when it comes to establishing deep connections with the markets and communities we operate in today. Representing the frontline of our business, regional marketers work closely with cross-functional regional stakeholders (Comms, Policy, Ops and CommOps) to bring our products and brand strategy to life in-market. They work closely with Global Marketing teams to define regional priorities in alignment with global priorities, managing activations of global toolkits and owning region-specific marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

  • As Sr Marketing Associate, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing the local marketing strategy to drive favorability for the Uber (Rides) and JUMP brands as well as acquisition and retention of Uber's customers in the region.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of your market's priorities (business context, challenges and objectives), and deep knowledge for trends and insights related to your market and audiences.
  • You will be responsible for developing a local strategy for the Uber products in your market (positioning, messaging, audiences, channel strategy etc.)
  • Working closely with global Marketing teams, you will ensure alignment of regional activities with the global brand strategy and help adapt, localize, and/or amplify initiatives to align with regional strategy, taking into account local specifics and culture.
  • You will act as a POC for all the different business functions in your market (Operations, Communication, Public Policy, CRM, Performance Marketing etc.), ensuring alignment between their priorities and yours.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and executing against your plan with a strong appetite for flawless execution (integrated campaigns, brand activations, growth tactics etc.)
  • You will manage and coordinate localisation of relevant content in partnership with global localisation team, as well as creating specific content for your region, in partnership with relevant global stakeholders.
  • You will be required to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, and assess against goals.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
  • Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail
  • Good relationship management as you will engage with partners across several different functions as well as global marketing colleagues in order to be successful
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Uber brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning but also meaningful to local culture and customs
  • A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
  • The ability to take the initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset.
