About the Role

Program Manager/Chief of Staff for Central Ops will work directly with Central Ops Leadership to help design, prioritize, and develop Central Ops key strategic and operational initiatives, as well as providing BAU support to all verticals within Central Ops. You will drive the delivery of a diverse set of programs

This role will provide hands-on experience, working alongside the Central Ops senior leadership team, Latam key regional stakeholders, and key partners in HQ within the different product teams. This role will be instrumental in driving our central Ops and Latam overall strategies forward. We're looking for someone with strong problem solving skills, superb organization and structuring skills, sound communication skills, great stakeholder management, and someone with the ability to operate between the high level picture and the detailed bottom up planning seamlessly. The role is open to someone being located in Mexico and with a unique ability to interact with teams spread across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Leadership Team: Work directly with the head of Central Ops Latam and the leadership team to organize and execute all key processes including developing and running weekly leadership team meetings and regular business cadence
  • Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful multi-tasker, supporting teams across the region. You'll be the go to person for many key organizational and team initiatives
  • Set and Communicate the Vision: Work closely with the head of Central Ops LatAm to develop and execute the business strategy
  • Team Development: Work closely with the HR, Recruiting and other cross-functional partners to grow and develop the LatAm Central Ops team
  • Lead by Example: Be incredibly truth-seeking with data, set high standards for the team to think boldly and creatively and then funnel that energy into concrete processes and execution plans. Be efficient, be biased toward action
  • Create high impact materials, tailored to relevant audiences, in order to engage audiences with exciting and well designed visuals, create buy-in and synthesize complex problems with non-verbal communication

What You'll Need

  • At least 5 years of consulting, business intelligence, strategy or related experience; some high-growth experience is highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Change management experience is key
  • The ability to work with remote teams across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution -- we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
  • Self-starter attitude. The ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
  • High standards across the board -- from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on.
  • A "driver" personality -- biased toward action, great collaborator and excellent simplifier -- you're constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
  • Exceptional Excel/data management skills. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
