About the Role
Program Manager/Chief of Staff for Central Ops will work directly with Central Ops Leadership to help design, prioritize, and develop Central Ops key strategic and operational initiatives, as well as providing BAU support to all verticals within Central Ops. You will drive the delivery of a diverse set of programs
This role will provide hands-on experience, working alongside the Central Ops senior leadership team, Latam key regional stakeholders, and key partners in HQ within the different product teams. This role will be instrumental in driving our central Ops and Latam overall strategies forward. We're looking for someone with strong problem solving skills, superb organization and structuring skills, sound communication skills, great stakeholder management, and someone with the ability to operate between the high level picture and the detailed bottom up planning seamlessly. The role is open to someone being located in Mexico and with a unique ability to interact with teams spread across multiple locations.
