Channel Sales Associate/Manager - Uber Eats

About the Role

Channel Sales Lead will be responsible for leading and contributing to generate SMB restaurant leads across Japan through channel sales partners by developing the partnership deal and maintaining relationships to contribute to the Eats Japan business growth. You will closely work with City Ops, Sales Ops, SMB Inbound & Outbound Sales, Enterprise Sales team as well as cross-functional teams to ensure leads volume & quality from channel sales partners are in line with company strategy.

What You'll do

  • Identify prospects companies and develop channel sales partnership deals.
  • Manage contracting process with channel sales partners, working closely with internal legal team.
  • Manage multiple layer of relationships with prospects/existing channel sales partners by conducting regular business review with them.
  • Implement sales strategy into channel sales partners and analyze & measure the value and impact of leads from channel sales partners, looking into lead volume and conversion rate.
  • Closely working with City Ops, Sales Ops and SMB/Enterprise Sales team to ensure that lead from channel sales partners is met expectations, and revisit the strategy if needed.
  • Ensure that channel sales partners are fully understanding of our sales value proposition, fee structure, payment scheme, services & products etc.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 years experience of Channel Sales Partnership management, B2B sales and/or business development experience.
  • Have an excellent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
  • Highly competitive self-starter who is goal oriented, a team player and skilled in building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Analytical and able to draw insightful conclusions from heavy data sets
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners
