About the Role
Challenges: Scaling up the sales process to improve conversion of not only acquisition but after onboarding the restaurants. Make sure we provide smooth and clear process for both customers and vendors. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about building new things.
Scope: Manage a team of 20+ high volume SMB sellers. Lead projects for inbound sales function in Japan, including sales strategy, execution, people management, ongoing zone management, partnering together with marketing team on B2B marketing strategy, central sales strategy & analytics and operations teams.
Impact: This role is key to realizing our objective of building a world class highly centralized and efficient SMB acquisition engine. This role has dedicated focus on Japan Eats' inbound sales function, managing reps in Tokyo HQ. JD below.
