User Experience (UX) Research Manager, Eats

in San Francisco, California

About the Role

Uber Eats is hiring UX Research Managers to be thought partners for our team and product globally.

What's our mission?

Uber Eats is driven to fuel a world hungry for life - to make everyday eating effortless and, in doing so, enable opportunities for delivery partners and restaurants around the globe.

On the Uber Eats UXR team, our corresponding mission is to empower Eats to deeply understand people and context, to ground present work and inspire future opportunities. We believe a thriving business is best built through keeping users at the heart of its strategy.

How do we bring this to life (together!)?

As such, we aim to amplify the head and heart of Uber Eats, through a focus on strategic UX research projects, and building supplemental programs that build a foundation of user empathy and understanding across Eats. Passionate research leaders will play a key role in bringing this vision to life.

If you're inspired by these missions, and who is unafraid to push the limits and looking to work with sharp, motivated co-workers in a fun office environment, we'd love to talk with you.
