About the Role

As a Partnerships Enablement Specialist in the global Uber Transit team, you'll launch, manage and optimize content development and training programs for a growing number of public transit partnerships.

You'll empower Uber Transit team members and with the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to successfully pitch, launch and manage partnerships with transit agencies. At the end of the day, your goal is to improve team productivity and increase sales and account management effectiveness, while creating a culture of growth and enabling positive customer experiences.

This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams to identify opportunities to expand and define 'best-in-class', then design materials, experiences, processes, and systems to support it. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close partnership with all teams across Uber Transit and the broader business including Product Marketing, HR, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc. You'll drive productivity and uptake of our products by our partners by providing integrated content and training for client-facing staff members.

You're a self-starter who forms strong relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results. You can execute on multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. You're skilled at simplifying the complex and influencing without authority. What You'll Do

  • Help craft a lifecycle content strategy for our clients, from lead generation to pitch presentations, through email content for program launches and scaling partnerships.
  • Act as a project manager in the production of sales and marketing assets and materials, to provide content that will support transit agency partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and client success teams to find gaps in resources and training
  • Organize, manage and maintain a repository of sales and client success assets.
  • Support and inform the Uber Transit team onboarding process and adjust training as the company and product matures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess, implement, document and maintain Sales and Client Success processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Become an expert in public transit agencies. Understand business goals, strategic initiatives, and regional nuances, to inform the Enablement strategy. Ensure alignment with the global Uber Transit strategy.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional teams to ensure awareness, participation and compliance on Enablement initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing or Sales Enablement
  • The ideal candidate will also have some experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B organization
  • Communications and/or design experience
  • Experience in CRM and email marketing - this role will be expected to develop and deploy external sales and marketing materials and email content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solver with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience creating training and facilitation materials for both in-person and virtual use
  • Experience working with public agencies (ideally in the transit space) highly preferred
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Working knowledge of training techniques
  • Ability to work in a global role across multiple time zones
  • LMS management experience
  • Instructional design experience
