Sr. Program Manager, Global Sales Enablement - Uber Eats

About the Role

As an experienced sales enablement professional, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a global sales enablement vision across our acquisition, onboarding, and customer success teams. Within your global charter, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a host of training and development initiatives globally across all segments of our business.

You will join the Global Sales Enablement team reporting to the Head of Global Sales Enablement. This team is owns the design and development of global learning programs, tools, and initiatives in both customer acquisition and retention. You will partner closely with key stakeholders within global and regional sales operations; regional sales; customer support; marketing; product; and people development. You will partner and support teams across the world.

This role is ideal for team-oriented program manager who can quickly build cross-functional relationships. You should have a high tolerance for change and a huge passion for creating and launching new content. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join at the ground floor and set the tone and enablement vision for the Uber Eats Sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the design and development of key global programs such as the new employee onboarding experience; sales best practices, manager trainings, etc. You will work directly with key stakeholders across sales, sales operations, marketing, and product to align on needs, define process, and design learning experiences.
  • Define the right metrics for tracking success and proactively report on progress.
  • Translate existing sales competencies and job ladders into relevant learning experiences and certifications that drive performance and create career growth cross each sales job role. You will challenge competencies as appropriate to ensure that your end learners are served.
  • Always be learner first, ensuring that your programs not only drive expected performance, but are also a good use of time and Uber resources. You will challenge the organization as appropriate in the best interest of your learners, ensuring that they are receiving the knowledge and tools they need to perform optimally.
  • Develop a deep organization network that allows you to easily identify internal best practice and rapidly deploy these against organization objectives.
  • Always drive learner retention and organizational scalability by utilizing a blended learning approach in designing learning programs. This includes creating elearning, Instructor Led courses, performance support tools, manager coaching rubrics, knowledge base articles, etc.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, sales operations, marketing, product, and other teams to identify key priorities and support learning experiences to ensure successful roll outs
  • Define enablement program success metrics that are aligned to our sales organization's key priorities and implement tools for tracking progress toward these metrics

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Enablement or Training Manager or Program Manager
  • Experience in a telesales environment, coaching frontline sales and management is extremely helpful.
  • Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or tech environment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a tolerance for change. You'll need an innate hustle and willingness to jump and do what needs to be done, regardless of your title.
  • Experience in national or global training program management, including stakeholder manager and content design. Ability to track progress toward goals using PM software.
  • Ability to create and deploy learning in a variety of formats, particularly through a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with content creation via Articulate, Captivate or Lectora a plus. Must be proficient with the Google Suite

The Uber Eats sales enablement team drives the strategy and execution of training programs and training tools increase sales results and productivity for the Uber Eats sales org. We deliver trainings the sales org ensure that the employees are empowered succeed in their roles.
