Uber Eats Regional Operations Manager, Marketplace
About the Role
On the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing data-driven insights, creating strategies, and scaling the most impactful and innovative business initiatives to improve the delivery experience for restaurants, couriers, and eaters in the US and Canada. You will build and execute strategies and processes that will drive the growth and efficiency of the business. This role will work closely with cross-functional counterparts to lead high impact initiatives across the US & Canada while offering ownership and autonomy over your work.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as product, sales, marketing, finance, etc. to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives
- Effectively drive key insights and scale processes across North America region; use analytical skills to project, generate, and prioritize business initiatives
- Use data and analytics to uncover new opportunities to improve internal processes and external touchpoints with restaurants
- Design and execute experiments to meaningfully improve the quality and efficiency of experience on the Uber Eats platform
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city-level, regional, and expansion efforts
What You'll Need
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience (management consulting, investment banking, operations, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and data management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience leveraging cross-functional stakeholders in order to execute high-impact projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
