About the Role

On the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing data-driven insights, creating strategies, and scaling the most impactful and innovative business initiatives to improve the delivery experience for restaurants, couriers, and eaters in the US and Canada. You will build and execute strategies and processes that will drive the growth and efficiency of the business. This role will work closely with cross-functional counterparts to lead high impact initiatives across the US & Canada while offering ownership and autonomy over your work.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze the performance of our scaled processes in preserving reliability and growth in our markets and identify incremental improvements to our scaled processes
  • Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business decisions. Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at city-level, regional, and mega-regional levels.
  • Analyze earnings, sentiment, and retention data to help inform a region-wide earnings framework to guide managers in making key decisions
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with product teams and operations teams to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives

What You'll Need

  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience (management consulting, investment banking, operations, etc.)
  • Technical Analytics:
    • Advanced data manipulation experience, such as SQL, and Excel.
    • Strong data visualization skills, proficiency using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Python/R experience (visualization, data wrangling, statistical modeling, A/B testing, etc.) would be an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
