About the Role

This role provides you a chance to produce meaningful insights to grow the B2B division of a strong B2B brand. You will partner with executive leadership to understand their business models and use your analytical skills to develop strategies supporting the go-to-market motions. You will also contribute to expanding the U4B data-driven culture by developing strong relationships, hosting learning sessions, designing new tools, and improving team data processes.

What You'll Do

  • This role requires acquiring, cleaning, structuring data from multiple sources and analyzing the data using SQL / Python etc.
  • Own product delivery by working with engineers and data scientists to turn insights into self-service dashboards or data products.
  • Add new metrics and definitions to our data warehouse to make new sets of questions answerable
  • What You'll Need
  • Proven self-starter with ability to take initiative and drive complex, ambiguous issues to resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort with large data sets
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Enthusiasm and passion for shaping the future through constant learning and improvement
  • Proficiency with relational data modeling and SQL
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.

  • Insightful. Be able to draw conclusions from large Datasets, and help drive business decisions with a data-driven approach
  • Inventive. Have the ability to do a lot with a little. Aggregate information from multiple sources and establish relationships with key partners to deliver data products for your stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy. Master your tools, and continue to expand your systems knowledge through formal or informal training.
