About the Role
As a core partner to our Eater Operations teams, you will help to lead strategic decision making throughout the US&CAN region through a data-driven approach and an operational mindset. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in team management and strategy, strong analytics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in. You will lead a team that drives projects to help Uber Eats leverage its data to make better, faster business decisions, specifically as it relates to eaters. You will be a strategic thought partner to the US & Canada Eater Operations & leadership teams, and your team will develop data-driven insights, formulate strategy, define plans, and facilitate execution to support high-impact initiatives. Besides working across the courier team, you will also work closely with Product and Data Science to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives and drive Eats' growth.
