About the Role
Based in San Francisco, Uber is looking for a Program Manager within the Global Community Operations Learning Experience team to support the administration and management of quality training programs. This multifaceted role requires someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, process-driven and adaptable to change.
Our Community Operations Teams are all about operational efficiency, and as a part of the learning team, you would be ensuring that the teams are able to continuously provide premier support to everyone involved in the Uber experience. You'll be working with the Global Learning Experience & Design team to ensure learners, trainers, and other team members have access to effective learning solutions.
