About the Role

The Regional Enterprise Account Executive role is an incredible opportunity to leverage your business savvy and stakeholder management skills to tactically bring regional restaurant brands onto the Uber Eats platform.

Who are we looking for? An individual with: a proven track record for building best-in-class partnerships, a passion for food (and Uber) and a mind rooted in problem solving. Your primary focus will be partnering with your deal teams (consisting of Account Managers, Franchise Account Executives & Technical Account Managers) to develop joint goals and strategies that open doors to new accounts and lead to expansion of existing clients.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with account managers, operations, and management to develop an acquisition and expansion strategy for your book of business, which will consist of both new and existing brands
  • Collaborate with account management, franchise, technical, operations and product teams to expand into partner businesses
  • Become an expert in telling the Uber Eats and larger Uber narrative to Fortune 1000 companies. In any given week, we may launch a new product offering, engineering enhancement, business development partnership and it is your job to become an authority on the full scope of Uber's business
  • Construct a nuanced business plan for your book of business to build a partnership strategy, manage your pipeline and exceed targets
  • Become a thought leader to C-Suite and key decision makers across your portfolio of brands

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of selling experience (previous consulting or investment banking experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record of managing an end to end sales cycle, which includes (and is not limited to) financial modeling, pitching, negotiating, program management and product advocacy
  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft and our team's development
  • Genuine curiosity about people and business and a passion for Uber Eats and food (restaurant/food industry or hospitality experience is a plus)
  • An indomitable spirit (you persevere), adaptability (you value ideas over hierarchy), and an ability to problem solve in a moments notice
  • Expert external and internal stakeholder management. Uber is much larger than candidates could fathom. Our best employees not only network well but forge tight bonds across business lines
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus

The Regional Enterprise Sales Team focuses on bringing regionally favorite restaurants onboard to grow their business and expand their customer reach through our widespread and loyal user base. We pride ourselves on understanding the nuances of our regions to bring eaters what they crave, door-to-door in less than 30 minutes.
