About the Role


The Enterprise Account Executive role is a great opportunity to use your strategic sales and partnership skills to expand the number of top national restaurant brands that partner with Uber Eats.

Who are we looking for? Someone who has proven they can sell to and build best-in-class partnerships with large brands, is passionate about food and Uber and thrives working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your primary focus will be partnering with Account Managers and Franchise sellers to develop joint goals and strategies that open up doors to new accounts and lead to expansion of existing clients.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-Levels and key decision makers within client organizations
  • Work closely with peers and manager to develop acquisition and expansion strategies of strategic accounts
  • Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
  • Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products to prospects with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  • Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Partner with our account management, onboarding, product, etc. teams to activate restaurant partner locations on Uber Eats
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 8 years experience of end-to-end Enterprise sales in a high growth company
  • Experience selling into large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
  • Listening, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans
  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft and our team's development
  • Genuine curiosity about people and business
  • A passion for Uber Eats and food
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Technology or Digital Advertising sales at a major tech platform is preferred
  • Restaurant/food industry or hospitality experience a plus
