About the Role
The Eats Data Solutions team is responsible for improving the data engineering practices in Uber Eats, and ensuring the high quality of Eats data by providing efficient one-stop data solutions. The team is structured across the US and India, and providing support for all Eats teams.
Engineers in Eats Data Solutions team work on Eats fundamental datasets with cutting edge batching and streaming data processing technologies, and create/improve the data engineering tooling for Uber Eats at the same time. They also manage Eats data processing hardware resources and optimize the pipeline resources usages with innovative tooling.
