Uber Eats is building a top tier sales organisation responsible for driving the growth of our business, innovating our offerings and cultivating long-lasting relationships with our restaurant partners.
You will be a key part of the functional Onboarding team for SMB in ANZ. The team is essential to the growth of the Uber Eats platform and is a critical part of our Sales organisation.
This is a multi-faceted role in which you will design the Restaurant Partner Onboarding experience and all necessary processes to run a customer-centric & efficient onboarding organisation.
What You'll Do:
Design onboarding processes that are customer-centric and efficient that make the onboarding experience magical for our restaurant partners.
Be the cross functional POC for restaurant onboarding and design and launch new adjacencies together with the launch teams.
Drive efficiencies by designing processes and identifying areas that can be automated or improved.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 3+ years working with customer strategy, management consulting, project management or experience leading a team with customer contact.
You have experience from sales, support or onboarding.
You have experience working in a fast paced environment and enjoy that things can change rapidly.
You have been running projects or designing processes that have been improving the customer experience
