About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking skilled leaders to oversee the national sales and account management efforts. We are hiring three leaders to be based in Chicago, New York, and Santa Monica. The ideal candidates will possess a track record of success in scaling people, processes and partnerships. We are seeking individuals who can work collaboratively with city teams, sales operations, and technical counterparts to support systems that scale your region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers and work to quickly scale a team
  • Build, train and maintain a high performing team
  • Best-in-class Partnerships: Drive your reps towards short and long-term market goals for your region, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there
  • Facilitate focused and productive collaboration among your reps and between your reps/cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate closely with sales operations, central operations, marketing, and legal to identify, develop, and drive adoption of standard methodologies for long-term growth across your region and others
  • Consult with Product Marketing and Product teams to help shape product development in support of client needs
  • Validate that your reps have working pipeline to meet business targets
  • Be a thought partner to the Head of Enterprise in regards to sales, restaurant partnerships, and local diner acquisition.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships.
  • Empower your team to drive customer obsessed outcomes in all interactions with our top tier partners

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience in a high growth company; ideally B2B experience and working with C-suite accounts
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the mid-market or enterprise space
  • A track record of steadily growing responsibility in sales or customer growth
  • Proven history of developing top reps and coaching reps to better performance
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, forecasting, and territory planning
  • Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
  • Ability to adapt to changes; Uber's high growth means frequent change for teams
  • Highly creative; passion to change and revolutionize the food industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to travel to local markets

The National Sales and Account Management Team focuses on bringing nationally recognized restaurants onboard to grow their business and expand their customer reach through our widespread and loyal user base. We pride ourselves on understanding the nuances of our regions to bring eaters what they crave, door-to-door in less than 30 minutes.
