About the Role
We are looking for a Lead to help us fuel supply growth in India through supply acquisition channels including affiliate partners, onground feet-on-street, in house onboarding centres, referrals, digital/ social media etc. The role will focus on acquisition, retention and churn management of supply i.e. drivers, vehicle owners, fleet partners etc and will be accountable for driving net vehicle growth and net driver growth on the platform in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
This is a key piece in our strategy, as we continue to be supply constrained and the role will be key to drive growth for our cars business. This is a unique opportunity, with a focus on building, managing and scaling our sales channels with a clear and meaningful impact on our channel & driver partners.
