Lead, Supply Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead to help us fuel supply growth in India through supply acquisition channels including affiliate partners, onground feet-on-street, in house onboarding centres, referrals, digital/ social media etc. The role will focus on acquisition, retention and churn management of supply i.e. drivers, vehicle owners, fleet partners etc and will be accountable for driving net vehicle growth and net driver growth on the platform in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

This is a key piece in our strategy, as we continue to be supply constrained and the role will be key to drive growth for our cars business. This is a unique opportunity, with a focus on building, managing and scaling our sales channels with a clear and meaningful impact on our channel & driver partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive supply acquisition through our sales channels
  • Own and manage driver & vehicle funnel (retention & churn management)
  • Manage all acquisition spends and reporting
  • Manage a team of 4-5 people and work closely with all cities in IndiaSA to implement large scale supply growth initiatives
  • Work with product team to rollout products that help improve channel partner & supply acquisition experience
  • Optimise the cost of new supply for the region and run with a mandate to build long term sustainable supply
  • Design and deploy lead management tools (e.g. salesforce), processes and dashboards to effectively playbook scalable best practices on supply growth
  • Indirectly manage large contractual workforce and build strong key account management program for affiliates, feet-on-street etc.
  • Work with BPO network partners to effectively scale outbound outreach

What You'll Need:

  • 9+ years of experience with a mix of operations, sales and channel management
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and working on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with being and effective team player
  • Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business acumen through strong analytical thinking
  • Strategic thinking
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, high achiever, ability to deliver projects with full autonomy and within demanding timelines
  • Experience in finding & scaling operational efficiencies
  • Understanding of the auto (commercial cars) industry is desirable not essential
  • Ability to get work done through indirect influence and strong sense of ownership
