About the Role

The Uber Eats sales organization is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, Named Accounts at Uber Eats who will oversee the Named Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a best-in-class team of inside sellers across key U.S. markets. You will be accountable for setting objectives and goals and driving the team to close and support strategic restaurant partners that align with company growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be an organized and focused leader with experience managing teams and a passion for forging meaningful, impactful, and long-lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and cultivate a team of 6-8 Named Account Executives supporting our key markets focused on improving selection
  • Set and enforce expectations around activity and performance metrics to ensure optimal productivity, consistent results, and visibility
  • Apply data gathered from day to day to adjust, refine, and alter team tactics and strategy as needed
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and City Operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs
  • Coach and motivate Account Executives by observing sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your Account Executives and cross-functional partners (Sales Operations, Client Success, Marketing)
  • Be a thought partner to the Regional Sales Manager for strategic growth of the business, and restaurant partnerships
  • Report learnings, opportunities, and progress to senior leadership and act as a thought partner regarding competitive strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to identify internal collaboration opportunities
  • Ideate and execute creative outreach tactics
  • Keep a strong pulse on competitive offerings and solutions

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience and minimum 2 years managing a B2B salesforce
  • Extraordinary listening, verbal, and written skills
  • A head for data analysis; harness and leverage data to spot trends and craft tactics and strategies that will drive productivity and unlock profitability
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industries a plus
  • Desire for collaborating with cross-functional teams and experience with stakeholder management
  • The ability to genuinely receive, reflect upon, and act on both positive and critical feedback
  • Bachelor's Degree
