Central Airport Operations Manager (Seattle)
About the Role
The Central Airport Operations team is seeking a project manager who will assist in driving the expansion and ongoing optimization of new pick up experiences at airports for drivers and riders. This person will also support new initiatives as needed. This person is an owner but also a team player.
What You'll Do
- Execution: Work closely with airport teams and stakeholders to drive disciplined execution of pick up experience launches while working to centralize and optimize launch tasks when possible.
- Project manage launch timelines; hold launch team accountable to milestone due dates
- Own communication with internal teams regarding program launches
- Ongoing management: Ensure positive ongoing pick up experience operations for riders, drivers, and airports through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and develop quality control levers and tactics for on the ground operation.
- Continuous improvement of program resources including on the ground staff and signage
- Strategic initiatives: Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify strategic areas of opportunity that will streamline operations resulting in key metric improvements and/or operational cost reductions.
- _Team support: _Play a supporting role in high impact team initiatives.
