Nos centres Uber "Greenlight" aident les nouveaux partenaires-chauffeurs a prendre la route pour la premiere fois, a accroitre leur engagement avec la plateforme et a fournir un lieu d'attachement a leur communaute.


Nous sommes a la recherche d'un superviseur pour un de nos centres Greenlight de Montreal afin de soutenir les operations quotidiennes. Nous recherchons un superviseur experimente qui priorise la satisfaction des clients. A ce titre, vous dirigerez une equipe d'Experts et aiderez a les conseiller sur la meilleure facon de developper une relation positive entre Uber et les partenaires-chauffeurs, a soutenir leurs besoins operationnels et a guider les taches quotidiennes du centre Uber. Vous vous rapporterez au directeur des centres Greenlight au Quebec et aurez l'occasion de travailler avec l'equipe des operations et d'en apprendre plus sur les activites de la compagnie.


Ce que vous ferez

  • Superviser les activites quotidiennes et en analyser les performances
  • Gerer les interactions de support plus difficiles
  • S'occuper de l'horaire et gerer les Experts Uber
  • Former, guider et orienter les Experts Uber afin d'ameliorer les indicateurs de performance (qualite et efficacite)
  • Proposer des pistes pour ameliorer les processus

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

  • Au moins une annee d'experience pertinente
  • Experience manifeste dans la resolution de problemes complexes au service a la clientele
  • Experience comme superviseur dans un milieu tres dynamique
  • Pouvoir demontrer d'excellents resultats tant au niveau universitaire que professionnel
  • Titulaire d'un baccalaureat au minimum
  • Parler anglais et francais

About the position

Uber's driver-partners are our most important customers, and we're creating a best-in-class customer service experience for them. Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community.


We're looking for a Greenlight Team Lead to support the day-to-day operations of one of our local Greenlight locations. We're looking for an experienced team leader who operates with a customer-first mentality. In this role, you'll help to mentor and directly lead a team of Experts on how to best build Uber's relationship with driver-partners, support their operational needs, and guide day-to-day operations of the Greenlight centre. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Support the daily operations through operational oversight and analysis
  • Handle escalations of more difficult support interactions
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and general administration of UEs
  • Train, mentor, and guide UEs to strengthen quality and efficiency metrics
  • Improve processes on behalf of Uber Experts and partners to the GL program through project work

What you'll need

  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems
  • Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or more
  • Fully bilingual (French and English)
