About the Role

The Account Management Lead role is a great opportunity to leverage your business development skills working with a growing base of Large Restaurants (Key Accounts, Chains) and fueling Uber Eats growth.

What You'll Do

  • Being in touch with market, frequent meetings with Key Accounts and truly focus on building trust and creating a joint business plan
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop business of key accounts
  • Seek for and achieve restaurant industry deep understanding to bring true value to conversations with Key Accounts and for Uber Eats
  • Drive expansion of existing partners
  • Clearly understand and communicate the value of Uber Eats to Key Accounts
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product

What you'll need

  • Relevant experience working with Key Accounts
  • Financial understanding of commercial business model
  • Extraordinary listening, communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through
  • Relevant experience leading a team of Account Managers (AM/BD relationship)
  • Third party relationships (Even in sourcing/procurement)
  • Optional: Marketing knowledge
  • 7/8 years of experience but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
  • Consulting/IB background preferred
