About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claims or insurance professional to gain diversity in his/her career across the US & Canada handling a variety of complex claim issues. You will report to our Complex Claims Manager (US/CAN) based out of Phoenix. As a Complex Claims Advocate, you will support our growing claims operation by addressing some of the most complicated issues within claims. About the Team
The Complex Claims team will consist of 6 claims professionals between San Francisco and Phoenix. The team works closely with our carriers and claims analytics to handle, address and manage all high severity issues. The team will work together to ensure operational excellence, quality claims management and the delivery of superior customer service.
