About the Role
At Uber, we pride ourselves on the amazing team we've built. Delivering a first class, on-demand transportation experience takes a critical eye for quality, and we want a University Recruiting Manager who has the same critical eye. We are growing rapidly and need someone with hustle to help manage a team of campus/business facing recruiters that build strategy, plan and execute on a robust and scaleble university hiring program.
The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving people problems, is confident in building trust and helping to develop their team. They will need to thrive while working in ambiguities, inherent in startup culture. This role is all about bringing on the smartest folks, developing and maintaining our culture as we grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.

About the Team
The University team will provide the new college, intern hires for Tech and Non-tech related hiring for the Americas outside of ATG. The campus and business facing recruiters also build relationships with our internal and external partners to elevate and brand the hiring programs as a funnel of top talent for the organization.
