About the Role

We're looking for a Planning & Ops Marketing Manager to lead the execution of regional consumer programs across digital and physical channels. This is a unique opportunity to bring our brand to life in some of our highest priority cities and markets. You will report to the Director of Marketing, US&C and work with global and cross-functional partners to help create the future of the brand: an iconic culture and category shaper in the world of food and food delivery. What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the marketing director and leadership team
  • Own strategic planning, working with global and regional cross-functional partners to develop bi-annual plans and ongoing refreshes
  • Define strategic objectives for the team and manage communication and accountability of progress to our goals
  • Manage budget planning and management, working closely with finance partners
  • Build relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, sales, business development, finance, product, and more to ensure we're bringing all available resources to bear on our toughest challenges
  • Drive data-based accountability and progress; leveraging our rich datasets and customer insights to help improve our growth efforts
  • Manage and deliver on the marketing team's calendar of initiatives
  • Define projects from inception, requirements definition, scoping, and delivery
  • Successfully deliver multiple initiatives with high-quality deliverables, on time, and within budget
  • Tailor and communicate appropriate project structures by frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc) or by project phase (Discovery, Implementation, etc.)
  • Track and report project status at various levels of detail depending on the stakeholder
  • Lead resource planning for the region, escalating gaps between priorities and resource availability
  • Drive continuous improvement to marketing workflows and campaign management by identifying, chartering and leading initiatives to drive effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure accountability of and relationship-building with third-party agencies
  • Act as the POC for global brand teams

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 8+ years of work experience managing integrated marketing operations at a top brand or agency
  • Minimum 5+ years managing direct reports
  • Fluency in English and desired experience working in partnership with global teams
  • High-growth operations, marketing, or startup experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to understand a variety of viewpoints and lead others in the right direction
  • Strong understanding of the customer dynamics of the food delivery category
  • Knowledge of and experience applying best-practice project management techniques and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Agile, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure with an objective-focused and positive approach
  • Experience working as a high-functioning individual contributor while guiding the work of multi-functional teams
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders
