About the Role

The Uber for Business EMEA Marketing team works to acquire new organisations through thought leadership-driven awareness and lead generation campaigns and strategies. In this role as UK Senior Marketing Associate, you will oversee the country marketing strategy which includes everything from managing owned events and webinars, to building an influencer strategy.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, Uber for Business EMEA, you will be the brand ambassador on a local level - ensuring the local sales teams are supplied with good quality leads while building strong product awareness.

You will work to achieve these goals through varied demand, brand and customer focussed B2B marketing activities. At Uber for Business, we are data-driven in everything we do. You should have a creative, innovative approach to content marketing anchored in an obsession with analytics.

What You'll Do

  • As B2B Sr Marketing Associate, you will be primarily responsible for developing and owning the local marketing strategy to drive demand (MQLs and SALs) across channels and strategies, raise product and brand awareness to existing and new targets in the region to generate leads and opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • You will own and execute on the local B2B marketing strategy - including owned events, expos, webinars, digital advertising, third party partners and organic website growth.
    You will focus on developing processes and frameworks to scale a growing marketing function
  • You enjoy solving problems - and thrive when you see your work driving results and you love using your creative mind to try new and alternative ways to reach your target audience and hit your goals
  • You will generate a data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • You will be required to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    Develop and maintain campaign reporting and lead funnel reporting that will be necessary to monitor and improve our conversion rates and ROI

What You'll Need

  • At least 5 years of post-university B2B work experience
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience and a familiarity of creating and executing campaigns to covert leads throughout the sales funnel
  • Experience using tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience working with performance insights (i.e Linkedin, Adwords, Twitter)
  • Experience managing events both expos and owned
  • A creative approach with an energetic and positive attitude
  • An excellent command of both written and verbal English language
