About the Role
Working with the Workplace Geographic Lead for the region, you will own the full Real Estate cycle for your assigned portfolio. You will ensure that business demands are captured and be responsible for implementing the CRE response. You will act as the main POC to provide proactive CRE solutions aligned with the business strategy. As the owner of the full workplace delivery for the business in the assigned portfolio you'll translate the business strategy into real estate solutions and provide guidance and consultation to the Real Estate Workplace functional teams (TM, PM, FM.)

Act as the main POC and Portfolio Manager for Sub-regional business leaders.
Own the full Real Estate cycle for the assigned portfolio
Ensures Sub-regional Workplace team operates in alignment under the Global Workplace and regional priorities
Manage the successful deployment of global and regional initiatives in the assigned portfolio.
Partner closely with the Portfolio Management Global Lead to understand the Global and Regional Workplace priorities and ROB.
Maintain an open loop for communication and feedback with Portfolio Management Lead and functional teams (TM, PM, FM) to ensure global and regional initiatives align with business strategy and industry best practices.
Drive continued performance improvement by identifying adjustments to regional and global processes.
Be an active participant in leading industry organizations to bring insights and best practices to help evolve the overall function that informs and inspire Uber's CRE culture
