About the Role

Our Recruiting Analytics team is looking for an experienced analyst to join our team. You will help drive our hiring excellence through the lens of talent data by empowering Recruiting leaders to integrate data into daily decisions as well as strategic planning. In this role, you will be playing a strategic consultant to the organization in creating and executing against data-driven hiring strategies and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, storytelling skills and will thrive managing concurrent projects while working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, figuring out the best way to achieve results and enjoys operating in ambiguity and uses creativity to combat challenges.

What You'll DO

  • Become a deep subject matter expert of our global recruiting business and be able to leverage your analytical toolkit to formulate creative solutions for key business opportunities
  • You will help support strategic decision making processes through your analytics, heavy data driven approach, and operational mindset
  • Build, maintain, and continue to optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Continually improve and automate our methods for gathering data and incorporating it into real-time models, analysis, and actions
  • Leverage statistical modeling techniques to predict business outcomes and make recommendations to leadership
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our talent decisions
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs
  • Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Python and R to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or other business related focus
  • 5+ years analytics experience in management consulting, operations, finance or other analytical related experience. Recruiting or People Analytics in a high-growth or tech environment a plus
  • Ability to make sound recommendations independently when presented with difficult decisions, especially when only partial information is available.
  • Strong quantitative analysis expertise in one or more analytical tools. Fluency with SQL is a minimum; Python or R a plus
  • Bonus points - Experience with reporting and BI tools like Tableau, Microstrategy, PowerBI etc.
  • Self-starter attitude - you boldly pursue your work and love the responsibility of being personally empowered
  • Curiosity - you're innovative, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to tweak and optimize
