About the Role
Our Recruiting Analytics team is looking for an experienced analyst to join our team. You will help drive our hiring excellence through the lens of talent data by empowering Recruiting leaders to integrate data into daily decisions as well as strategic planning. In this role, you will be playing a strategic consultant to the organization in creating and executing against data-driven hiring strategies and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, storytelling skills and will thrive managing concurrent projects while working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, figuring out the best way to achieve results and enjoys operating in ambiguity and uses creativity to combat challenges.
