About the Role

The People Development Business Partner will join the PD org and work with business partners to consult and deliver on the company's people and organizational development needs. The learning expertise and solutions you help provide the business will benefit managers, teams and individual contributors. Successful candidates will be passionate about learning and development that supports people in ways that help the company be successful. What You'll Do

  • * Partner with business and HR leadership to diagnose learning and development needs and design extraordinary solutions
    • Bring hands-on experience in adult learning and people development areas e.g. learning needs analysis and evaluation
    • Shape and leverage L&D KPIs, company and learner data, and business feedback to iterate and improve existing programs in ways that drive impact and efficiency
    • Demonstrate the impact and efficacy of learning initiatives for the business
    • Strategize, plan and design alongside the company learning orgs and across learning life-cycles for managers, teams and individual contributors to meet current and future business needs
    • Wear strategy and execution hats simultaneously
    • Own and guide the direction for the People Development initiatives you lead
    • Shape big-picture views of how to assess, iterate and improve learning experience
    • Help guide and deliver on operational details
    • Cultivate deep understanding of the the company learner experience and how it impacts business priorities and objectives
    • Facilitate live and virtual programs in a way that is tailored and relevant to each audience
    • Manage diverse sets of partners across the company's People teams to get work done fast and in a way that is relevant

We design and deliver programs and processes from onboarding through executive leadership development to make it easier for people to grow themselves and each other.
