About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking a skilled leader to oversee the Canadian regional sales and account management efforts for the Eats Enterprise Organization. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of success in scaling people, processes and partnerships. We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively with city teams, sales operations, and technical counterparts to support systems that scale your region.

What You'll Do

  • Own your regional P&L by managing, building, and cultivating a team of account executives and account managers to launch, grow and support your designated market
  • Coach and develop your team to exceed expectations through a framework which wins in the short term but is built for long term
  • Collaborate with technical account managers, sales operations and city teams to improve and build scalable systems
  • Be a thought partner to the Head of Sales and regional general managers in regards to sales, restaurant partnerships, and product enhancements
  • Become a thought leader within your designated region

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of developing people and building teams
  • Minimum 7 years of sales and/or client management experience as an individual contributor in a high growth or mature company
  • Past history owning a P&L in a territory and client life-cycle management capacity
  • Proven management experience with a track record for developing people, building teams, and creating systems
  • Ability to adapt to change; Uber's high growth means frequent change for teams; managers who thrive are capable of staying focused in an ever changing landscape
  • Customer obsession with strong roll-up the sleeves attitude; no task is too small, as we move quickly and require all hands on deck
  • Flexibility to travel within your local region
  • Bachelor's degree required
