In Eater Operations, we are responsible for growth and engagement of eaters, a customer vertical critical for our marketplace to grow.
The Uber Eats Central Operations Manager within Eater operations will design and execute projects focused on delivering a great customer experience to our consumers. This role would be a critical support to the Head of Eater in forming a view on key value drivers that will help us grow the value of each eater / consumer (frequency + value). It will also run indiependent projects, always looking to improve efficiency and solve problems which arise in this high change environment, this role is dynamic and fast paced.

The ANZ Eats Central Operations team works with our City teams across Australia & New Zealand to focus on business growth and ensure our customers have a seamless experience across the region. Internally, the team collaborates closely with others across the region as well as the globe, to ensure we are building a product that is consistently efficient and enjoyable.
The ANZ Eats Central Operations team is broken into 4 verticals: Delivery Partner Access, Compliance and Experience, Eater Operations, Restaurant Operations and Marketplace. Each vertical owns a core part of the region's operations and plays a quarterback role in many major cross functional initiatives.
