About the Role

The Program Manager, Learning & Development within the reporting and Analytics team would work with multiple analysts and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive learning and development program for analysts across APAC ART team. He/She would Identify analytics training and development needs within the multiple functions through regular interaction and devise a training strategy in consultation with leadership, business managers and other stakeholders. The person has to Keep up to date with developments in analytics industry, emerging trends and technologies and build capabilities within the team by upskilling the team of analysts. He/She will be responsible for designing and implementing analyst on-boarding programs, internal certification process and external industry collaborations

What You'll Do

  • Although what you do day-to-day may vary greatly, the general goal and focuses include the following:
  • Design, implement and manage the delivery of analytics training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individual's needs
  • Identify analytics training and development needs within the functions through regular interaction and devise a training strategy in consultation with leadership, business managers and other stakeholders
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in analytics and present findings to the team
  • Develop effective induction programmes for analysts
  • Conduct regular trainings to equip and upgrade workforce skills on analytics techniques across diverse domains
