About the Role
We're looking for an HR Business Partner to who will help align business goals with employees and management for the team. You are a consultant to management on business issues, and a guide to managers and employees.
This role is about actively partnering with all Directors and managers and collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization to create a culture of perseverance, ownership and making big bold bets. You will be a coach and guide on all people related matters. You will define and deliver on the people strategy in partnership with the the HR centres of excellence. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create programs and processes from scratch
This HR Business Partner will liaise with our new Performance Marketing leader and their leadership team, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design. This role is critical in developing and executing HR roadmap in support of Marketing objectives, and is a connected partner for business leaders and global HR partners.
